Yasa Evler

We have completed the mechanical engineering design process for the Küçükçekmece Yasa Evler Urban Renewal Project. Carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change (Directorate of Urban Transformation), Emlak Konut, and EPP, the project incorporates energy-efficient mechanical systems fully compliant with current fire and building regulations as well as Emlak Konut technical specifications. Spanning a total construction area of 26,230 m² across 2 blocks, the project comprises 177 residential units and 5 commercial spaces. Within this scope, we meticulously designed the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems in line with Emlak Konut standards. We continue to deliver engineering solutions for safe, sustainable, and high-standard living spaces. We extend our gratitude to all project partners and stakeholders.
