Mongolia 21 Villas Project

For this special project to be constructed in Mongolia, we completed the mechanical system design for 21 luxury villas, each with a gross area of 550 m². In this region with harsh climatic conditions, energy efficiency, durability, and occupant comfort were the primary criteria in designing these large-scale luxury residences. All mechanical systems were developed with engineering solutions tailored to withstand the region’s challenging climate. The mechanical systems were designed using a BIM-based 3D modeling approach, enhancing interdisciplinary coordination and making the design process more efficient. Potential clashes were identified early, ensuring a safer and more practical project framework.
