Küçükçekmece Doğuşkent

We have completed the mechanical installation design processes for the Küçükçekmece Doğuşkent Site Urban Transformation Project. In the project, which is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Urban Transformation Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Emlak Konut and EPP; we designed mechanical systems that are highly energy efficient and fully compliant with current fire and zoning regulations and Emlak Konut technical specifications. In the project, which has a total construction area of ​​9,333 m² in 2 blocks and consists of 64 residences; we meticulously carried out the designs of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary plumbing and fire protection systems in accordance with Emlak Konut standards. We continue to produce engineering solutions for safe, sustainable and high-standard living spaces. We would like to thank all stakeholders who contributed to the project.
